The Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program (HCV) increases affordable housing choices for very low-income households by allowing families to choose privately owned rental housing. Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program will reopen September 3, 2019, applications will not be available until September 3, 2019.
