This complex was constructed in 1980 and was occupied in 1981.  It consists of 50 units of which 4 units are one-bedroom, 36 are two bedroom units, and 10 are three bedroom units.  Water, sewer, and trash collection are included in the rent.  Stove and refrigerator are provided.  There is a washer/dryer hookup in each unit. 

A new basketball court and tot lot have recently been constructed.  PMHA’s administrative offices are located within this complex.
