Emmitt Station Apartments are located in Waverly, across from the new Waverly City Schools campus. Emmitt Station consists of 40 units of which 16 are one bedroom units, 22 are two bedroom units, and 2 are three bedroom units. There is an onsite laundry facility.
Emmitt Station was constructed in 1989 as a tax credit project with additional funding by Rural Development. PMHA was the General Partner and Managing agent. Upon expiration of the 15 year tax credit requirement, PMHA assumed ownership of the property. PMHA received a grant from Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA) under the Housing Development Assistance Program (HDAP) along with additional support from Rural Development to totally rehabilitate this project in 2007.
